Terms & Conditions:

	These properties have a $110 cleaning fee
	$250 reservation deposit to hold the unit (Non-refundable)
	Balance of rental fees are due 6 weeks prior to arrival
	A $500 Security deposit is required one week prior to the guest's check-in date.  This deposit will be placed on a credit card. The $500 is released within 10 days of the departure date providing there is no damage to the home.  If the security deposit is not received in a timely manner, the owners reserve the right to cancel the reservation and the money paid may be forfeited. A $15.00 fee is charged by the credit card companies as a convenience fee for this transaction.
	Check-in time is after 4pm; Check-out is no later than 10am
	No refunds within 6 weeks of arrival
	Absolutely NO pets or smoking inside the property
	Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 people per bedroom and 2 on a sleeper sofa
	Florida State Law requires that all rentals are subject to a 13% sales & tourism tax
	The spa is heated at no charge
	Grills: Property manager can supply a barbeque and gas for $45/week Please Note: By Florida State Law cooking must be done outside of the lanai
